POLICY
TERMS OF TRADE
Only persons over the age of 18 years may order or receive wines. It is illegal to make a false declaration of age in order to purchase liquor. All prices are in $NZ and include GST.
Orders
Orders are delivered in NZ only.
The minimum order is 6 bottles of wine. (1/2 case)
Orders must be in multiples of six or twelve bottles. Mixed orders are accepted.
Fulfillment of the order is subject to availability.
For overseas orders, please see international distributors or contact us directly at wine@opihi.co.nz
Freight Costs
Freight must be added to orders of fewer than 12 bottles. If this is not, it will be added at the time of processing.
North Island $8.00
South Island $6.00
There is no freight on caselots.
Payment
Payment may be by credit card, Visa or Mastercard only. Cheques made payable to Opihi Vineyard are acceptable, but wines will not be dispatched until the cheque has been cleared.
Delivery
All goods are insured up until the point of delivery.
All deliveries in NZ are by Courier and direct to your door. A street name and number is required. Please fill in the Special Instructions box if you are not able to sign for the wine on delivery. No deliveries are made to PO box addresses. Opihi Vineyard cannot accept responsibility for delivery to unattended addresses.
Returns
If a wine you have purchased from us is in some way faulty, we will replace it upon your request. Any breakages or shortages must be reported to Opihi within 24 hours of wine being delivered.
Ordering Direct
DOMESTIC SALES
It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18.
Minimum order = 6 bottles. Mixed case/s of 12 bottles are allowed.
South Island freight per part case: NZ$6.00 per case (inc GST)
North Island freight per part case: NZ$8.00 per case (inc GST)
Special freight charge will apply for overnight delivery.
Freight not charged if order is 1 case or more
International Sales
International freight: Cost on request.
